Maybe you've watched a parent decline and promised yourself it wouldn't be you?
But somewhere along the way, life got busy. The chair got comfortable. The workouts stopped. The Bible stayed on the shelf.
And now, when you look in the mirror, you wonder who this person is staring back.
Where did the years go? The energy? The spark?
And quietly, you ask yourself the question you don't say out loud: "Is this it at my age? Is this how the rest of it goes?"
Here's what nobody tells us women over 50, and what I want you to hear:
We're not old, and it's not over. Not by a long shot. We're not fragile, and we're definitely not finished.
Our best days aren't behind us, they're ahead of us. Stronger bodies, real joy and peace where the worry used to live.
And the reality is, they’re watching us.Â
Our daughters, our granddaughters, our friends, our family. They are watching. Weak, frail, and fading? They’ll remember. Strong, joyful and on mission? They’ll remember that too. We are role models whether we choose to be or not. The only question is what kind.
And we don't have to walk our second chapter alone.Â
That's why I created Younger Than Yesterday.
A community of women on this journey together.
A connection to God that means something again. To feel stronger, lighter and more alive than we were yesterday. That's the promise. That's the program.
The Younger Than Yesterday Challenge opens in August.

I'm Brooke. And I almost didn't turn this around either.
Â
My mom spent the last decade and a half of her life in a chair. MS. Breast cancer. Scoliosis. All of it real. But a lot of it was also choices: smoking, sitting, giving up.
I'd bring her exercise bands. She'd tuck them in a drawer.
I'd discuss alternative medicines, better nutrition, and even more BINGO. She'd say she wasn’t interested.
And I had to watch her go from a decade in a chair to the last year and a half of her life completely in bed.
I love my mom. She was a great mom. But that's the legacy body she left me the health heritage I’ll remember forever. And it's the one I decided I would not pass on.
When I turned 50, I looked at my own life and didn't love what I saw either. I wasn't connected to God the way I used to be. I was letting things slide that mattered.
So I got honest with myself. I got real with my body. I got back into the Word. And I started building what I now call the Legacy Body Life method.Â
The world wants women over 50 to become invisible.Â
But God never got that memo. And neither did your daughter. Neither did your granddaughter.
They are watching every single day- how you engage, how you love, how you move, and how you finish the second half of this one life you have been given. The choices you make right now in your body, your faith, and your mind will ripple through generations you may never live to see. We are not invisible. We are not done. And we are not going quietly.
 You with me?Â
The Legacy Body Life Method.
Three pillars. One life worth leaving behind.
The Legacy Body Life Method works on three pillars that decide how the rest of your life feels: your body, your mind, and your soul.
Each one strengthens the others. Together, they build the woman you want to be at 50 and beyond.
Your Body
Real strength training. Not five-pound pink dumbbells. Real weight training, progressions that meet you where you are, and the kind of strength that lets you pick up your grandkids, carry the groceries, and do a push-up you didn't think you had in you. Muscle is the longevity organ. We're going to build it.
Your Mind
Time outside, on purpose. Guided sensory practices in nature. Forest therapy techniques, simple weekly outdoor rituals that calm your anxiety, quiet your mind, and reconnect you to creation. This is more than "go for a walk." This heals you.
Your Soul
A deeper relationship with the Lord. Real spiritual formation, scripture that speaks to where you are, and a daily walk that doesn't feel like a chore. Whether you've been a Christian your whole life or you've been away for a while, you're invited. This is the most important pillar, by far.

This is for you if:
You're a woman over 50 who knows she's capable of more.
You've watched someone you love decline and you're not willing to repeat it.
You want to be strong enough to play with your grandkids, travel when you want to, and live without asking for help getting out of a chair.
You want to reconnect with God, not because someone told you to, but because something's been missing.
You're ready to stop coasting and start building.
"She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she can laugh at the days to come."
Proverbs 31:25Â
 That's the woman we're building.Â
You ready?
